Nikki Preston has been gracing the television and radio airwaves for over a decade, appearing on countless shows and conducting a wide variety of celebrity interviews. You can catch Nikki weekdays from 10am-2pm on 96-7 KCAL Rocks, where she was voted best local radio personality for 2023 by the readers of The Press Enterprise, San Bernardino Sun, and Inland Valley Daily Bulletin news group.
Nikki launched her radio career in her hometown of Rochester, NY, as an on-air personality for the alternative rock station, The Zone at 94.1. Nikki went on to become an on-air personality/assistant morning show producer for the Dana and Jayson Show on Alt 94/9 in San Diego, and morning show producer/on-air personality for the Jesse Duran Show on KOLA 99.9 in Riverside California. She also did a stint in Las Vegas as an overnight on-air personality for CBS Radio and made appearances as morning show co-host for iHeartMedia’s Brother Wease Show and Entercom’s Team PXY. You may also remember Nikki as one of the lead panelists for AfterBuzz TV in Los Angeles.
Nikki can be spotted in numerous films, soap operas and TV shows including, Gossip Girl, Law and Order, Lipstick Jungle, One Life to Live, Rescue Me, Rise of the Animals, and Cupid. In 2011 she co-hosted and co-produced the News 10 NBC segment, Get Out of the House which focused on weekend events in Western New York. That same year she was asked to host and produce her own fitness segments, Fit with Nikki, for News 10 NBC. Niki’s love for TV made her an excellent panelist host for AfterBuzz TV in Los Angeles from 2016-2020.
Nikki has appeared as a spokes model in several local and national commercials, including a series of commercials for The Learning Annex, Kodak, Marina Dodge, and GiGi.
In addition to her TV credits, Nikki studied at the Equinox Fitness Training Institute in NYC and in 2009 became a nationally certified fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting and Communication from Marymount Manhattan College. Nikki also completed Stonestreet Studio’s On-Camera Conservatory of NYU Tisch.
